Banjo is a honey bear who appears in the Banjo-Kazooie games and the Chipmunks Tunes Babies & All-Stars' Adventures series - alongside his partner Kazooie of course.
In the first Banjo-Kazooie game, Banjo and Kazooie rescued his sister Tooty from the evil witch Gruntilda Winkybunion. After a fight against the witch, he sent Grunty tumbling to her death.
2 years later [Banjo-Tooie], Grunty rose from her grave and used a spell to destroy Banjo's house and kill Bottles. But he and the bird beat her and revived Bottles.
8 years later [Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts], Banjo, Kazooie and Grunty had another adventure. Despite losing all abilities from the last 2 games, he and Kazooie weren't so easily beaten. Then Banjo and Kazooie became the owners of Spiral Mountain.
